Industrial Online Conductivity/TDS/Salinity Sensor

Smart conductivity sensor, using RS485 communication interface and standard Modbus protocol. Provides measurements applicable to low, medium, and high range electrical conductivity, the electrode constant is from 0.1 to 10 cm-1, electrode materials are graphite, platinum, stainless steel,it can Measure conductivity, TDS, salinity. Corrosion resistant shell,built – in PT1000 temperature sensor and compensation algorithm,applicable to all kinds of harsh working environment. Included with data analysis software,with calibration, recording, analysis, diagnosis and other functions. The electrode has the advantages of good accuracy, good linearity and stable electrode constant.

Conductivity is a measure of dielectric conductivity, the unit is usually expressed in μS/cm or mS/cm,the conductivity of pure water is less than 0.05 S/cm at room temperature,the conductivity of natural water or surface water is 100-1000 S/cm, the conductivity of acid base solution is up to 1000mS/cm.
Two coaxial electrodes are placed in the sample solution, a sine wave voltage is applied between the electrodes and the current value is measured, calculate the conductivity value G or the resistance value R based on the Ohm’s law, the conductivity is determined by the electrode constant K associated with the structure.
