Principle of Operation
Fluorescence dissolved oxygen sensor is based on the quenching principle of active fluorescence by specific substances in physics. Blue light from a light emitting diode (LED) illuminates the fluorescent material on the inner surface of the cap, fluorescent substances on the inner surface are stimulated, glowing red light, by detecting the phase difference between red and blue light and comparing with the internal calibration value, the concentration of oxygen molecule can be calculated, and the final value can be automatically compensated by temperature and pressure.
- Avoid exposing the inner surface of the fluorescent cap to sunlight.
- Please do not touch the fluorescent membrane with your hand.
- Avoid applying any mechanical stress (pressure, scratches, etc.) directly to the fluorescent membrane during use.
